In case of early termination of services due to medical discharge or resident relocation, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Golden San Care.

Refunds will not be issued for unused days if a resident voluntarily leaves or is removed due to violations of community guidelines.

We reserve the right to deduct administrative or processing fees from any approved refund.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
